Enjoy the ocean views from the deck or the master bedroom. There are two queen beds and two king beds. Linens are not provided, but can be rented through local companies, if desired. The home sleeps eight guests comfortably. There is also a pack-n-play. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, as do the upstairs bedrooms. A spacious living area with vaulted ceiling offers lots of amenities including a 50" Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blue-Ray DVD player provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers an air fryer, cracker crisper, food processor and KitchenAid mixer. The house is also near a pond where guests can fish or kayak/paddle board. This was our 4th stay in this house. We love the location (just a few minutes walk to the beach!), the layout of the house, the stocked kitchen, and the ice maker downstairs for coolers! We had a few problems this trip though. When we got there, we had to vacuum because there was dog hair everywhere. They did refund our cleaning fee for that. It also got really hot upstairs, but Jennifer sent someone out right away to get that fixed (although it still is much warmer upstairs than downstairs). There are things that need taken care of in the house, but I think that’s normal for a rental. The price is still great for the location. Jennifer was very helpful with all the issues we had.
