The house is conveniently located on the less crowded west end of the island, directly across from the Driftwood Drive public beach access. The spacious covered deck offers views of the ocean and room for outdoor dining. The ground level has 2 outdoor showers, a half-bath, full-size washer and dryer and a second refrigerator. You absolutely cannot beat the beach access. It is so easy and close. The space itself is a nice setup. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! My family of four, my parents, aunt, uncle and nephew rented this house for a family vacation. The location could not be better. It’s literally right across the street from a public beach access. I particularly liked this one because there were no steps on the access which made it easy to use the provided beach cart to get all of your chairs and things to the beach! This part of the beach was pretty chill and beautiful. I honestly forgot there were others on the beach at times. The house was exactly what you think of when renting a beach house. Bright colors, tasteful decor and equipped with just about everything you need. Our favorite asset was the wrap around porch and outdoor seating. It was the nicest place to hang out to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink! Connie, the owner, was fantastic to work with. She was extremely responsive anytime we messaged her.
