The kitchen and living area was set up so the cooks didnt feel isolated. The pool, patio and porches were all great spots to hang out. The ocean can be seen from both porches on the front of the house.Favorite things…- the master bath / shower- 3rd floor open space- 2 beach accesses super close- clear, frequent communication from the rental agentNits to pick…- icemaker in kitchen fridge did not function (ice trays were provided)- pool was relatively coldOverall, this was a terrific experience for our family. The location was perfect for us with young girls. They loved being so close to the ocean and riding scooters on the quiet side street. There are two close access points to the beach. The pool was a big hit. It was an oasis for us in the evening hours. There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, and they were quickly addressed. We rented chairs and boogie boards, which was a waste. The house has lots of chairs, pool toys, and boogie boards available. The only negative during our stay was the lack of cooking utensils. Having food allergies, we tend to eat in more than dine out. The kitchen had very limited pots and pans and prep tools. This was a favorite rental.
