You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Funky 70s style beach house!

A family home is a '70s inspired themed beach house, full of personality and flair! Beach and riverviews from lounge room, bedrooms and kitchen area! We have three large bedrooms upstairs, all with king beds and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings! Downstairs we have an extremely large playroom with a fold out couch. This is a family's Paradise. You will have to bring very little for your children as we have two cots, Two high chairs, kids table and chairs, ample amount of toys to keep your little ones busy for hours, bath toys, table tennis table, baby and toddler swing, dart boards, a slide that turns into a water slide and a fire pit! We cater for eight adults and two children. However on request there is room for more people to stay! We have an extremely large front yard and backyard(not fully enclosed )We are fully pet friendly! We are a 2 km walk to Ocean Grove main beach, 2\. Kilometre walk to Ocean Grove main Street and a short walk to the end of our street is the Barwon heads river trail we also have beautiful parks and nature reserves all within walking distance! This house and location really does have it all!   
If you are a family looking for a beachside holiday, look no further!
