Lovely Oceanfront sixth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, recently upgraded, nicely furnished, central a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player, indoor pool. Occupancy limited to 8 persons. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Parking for one vehicle. This unit is in the mini-week program with flexible turn days and rents full and partial weeks. BR1) 1-King BR2) 1-set bunkbeds (2-Twins) plus 1-Full LR) Queen Sleep Sofa. Wi-Fi service available throughout English Towers Condominium building for a fee. The English Towers charges a $50 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for one car upon arrival at the building. The unit was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Gorgeous views and close proximity to everything. The building security and amenities are a plus. The elevators worked great, except for the one time the kids got stuck, but the technician was there very quickly. The tennents were extremely nice and welcoming.
