All of the floors have been replaced with Luxury Vinyl Tile and rugs to warm up the rooms. This condo is steps off the elevator, so you are always under cover - a huge convenience! The lovely renovated kitchen has everything you could want to entertain and feed your family and friends. The bead board cabinets and walls give it an adorable, cozy cottage look. Gorgeous bathrooms will make you want to renovate your own bathrooms! All this and a full size front loading washer and dryer - Wow! Check out the dining area - plenty of room for dining, game night, chatting up the cook. This condo is in the "06" stack - very popular with vacationers. The others we have in the "06" stack rent out quickly so this one will be very popular as well.
