Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know.” This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies. The unit itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner has done numerous updates over the years and the pride of ownership shows. Throughout the unit you will find vinyl flooring. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and watching the large flat screen TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops that is ready to cook those cost saving meals at home. The dining area provides ample seating for the family to enjoy meals together. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom two has a double and two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper unit. There is central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TVs and of course wireless internet. The back porch is a wonderful retreat to relax after your fun filled day and has an outdoor TV. There are also 2 parking spots included with your rental! So, come stay in this fantastic unit and make some Ocean City memories. THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. \*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25\. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. \* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. \* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. \* Quick access to the beach. \* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street. \* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) \* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. \* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival. \* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. The glass doors to the porch were filthy, there was sand piles on the porch and the shower in the master bedroom had pink slime along the bottom. The floors felt like they were not vacuumed. The unit itself is amazing and we had a wonderful time, it maybe time to look for a new cleaning service. Also, the microwave door was cracked and the kitchen cabinets are peeling, only mentioning because they were there when we arrived. Loved the pool and overall stay was great. But when my family and I arrived for a mini week stay, it didn't look like the place had been cleaned fully in terms of the floors and bathrooms. The kitchen was clean, but there was a ton of dust and sand on the baseboards and end tables, the showers and bathroom sinks had hair on them. I was a bit disapppinted. The front screen door also slams really hard, so be cautious if you have little ones. The property was well maintained, and the pool was great. Back porch was nice to enjoy at night. The kitchen had a lot of things we needed, and the linen service was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again if they got a different cleaning crew in there. ##### Elizabeth S. It is comfortable, spacious, and decorated nicely. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The shuttle bus stop is very close, affordable and convenient. The pool hrs were short and the water cool. The late check in time and early check out time was a little inconvenient. Not recommended for the elderly due to three flights of stairs. The communication was excellent. The condo was as expected. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the basic kitchen supplies we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It worked well for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds. Close to the beach and we also loved the pool.
