Located in one of Ocean City MD's finest buildings this Ocean 1 condo offers the best of everything! 3 spacious bedrooms 2 gorgeous bathrooms a private balcony with incredible views of the ocean and an outdoor pool just to name a few! Inside this beautiful property you enter into an open floor plan with beautifully remodeled kitchen which is open to the living area fireplace and an over-sized balcony with amazing views! You will also find a master suite complete with king bed access to the balcony and a fantastic master bathroom. You will also find 2 additional bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 twins as well as a spacious hallway bath! Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway to the beach or looking for a fun getaway this condo may be exactly what you are looking for as it is a short walking distance to famous Ocean City landmarks such as Fager's Island and Seacrets!

- property was exactly as advertised. - can’t beat the location to the beach (10ft) - 12 min straight drive to the boardwalk - spacious and clean - property management was super helpful and reachable - we will 100% stay here again next year and for a longer trip if possible !

Appeared that Unit had not been cleaned properly. There were approx 12 overripe bananas and apples on the counter. There was a load of wet laundry left in the washing machine. The refrigerator still had food left in it. There was an infestation of ants throughout the Unit. The glass and mirrors had numerous hand/finger smudges on them, especially on the extensive mirrored wall in the main living room. The floors and shower surfaces in the bathrooms were dirty and evidence of human hair was everywhere. The water catch basin on the refrigerator was covered with mold and dirty scum.

The location of this property is amazing. It's right on the beach and walking distance to Fagers & Seacrets. Check in time was between 3-5 and you had to drive up about 10 blocks to the realtors office to get the keys. They wouldn't give me the exact address until I checked in which was weird and frustrating, but the property is on 57th street on the beach. Checkout time was 10am (listing said 11 so that was also misleading). It came with 2 parking spaces and there was lots of street parking outside the unit as well. Linens, towels and toiletries were an additional package fee that we did not purchase and were not aware of until the week of which made me mad because the unit wasn't cheap, but we brought our own and it was fine. I do wish there were at least bathroom & kitchen hand towels and a bathmat because the floor can get slippery and we didn't think to pack that stuff. I also wish the unit came with beach chairs and an umbrella. Our cars were stuffed between all of the bedding, towels and beach gear we had to pack. The dishwasher smelled really bad. Besides those little things the condo was BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.
