BUT the entire area was flooded due to high tide and we couldn’t get an uber because of the flooding. Also there were lots of ants in the kitchen and in the bedroom's. I sent a text and pictures of the ants and the flooding and all I got was a reply saying everything was noted. However, between all my different texts and emails I had nothing but confusion about garbage pickup. 3 different communications and instructions posted at house and they were all different. Garbage was never picked up and can was running over. Also, house needs an exterminator !! There were ants in nearly every room. Only a few issues about the management. Two bags of dirty laundry sat on the front steps the whole time. Guessing from previous guests. No hand soaps in all of the bathrooms. Received a phone call stating the front door locks battery was going dead and that a tech would be showing up to replace batteries. 2 days later after we had already checked out I receive a phone call from the tech asking when was a good time for him to come change the batteries.
