Spatulas) could be updated but we didn’t spend much time cooking anyways so it wasn’t a big deal. Fridge, stove, coffee pot were all great and newer. Full marks to Vacasa for a great rental experience too: informative instructions, easy self-check-in access to the property (key code provided), and some nice touches that we appreciated (lots of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and the like). Great midtown location right on the beach. Yes, we were there in November, so we weren't on the beach much, but the view of the (mostly) deserted beach was unobstructed. We spent girls weekend here and it was comfortable for eight of us. The sofa was so comfortable, I slept in it without pulling out the sofa bed. Things to keep in mind we experienced, without connecting to the WiFi, phone service isn’t good. Second, the paper instructions inside the unit did not have the correct door code typed up. Thankful I received a text message with the correct door code, otherwise, we would have been locked out and would have needed to contact the rental company in case of an emergency. The parking spots for the condos that are the building on the beach are not easy to find. There is a ramp to go under the building for some parking spots. Easily missed it and had to turn around twice. Overall, I would stay here again knowing these few hiccups. The view and comfort of the condo are well worth it! ##### Crystal D. I called Vacasa for assistance and received a new code which did not work either. After trying several times, I was told someone would call me back. I never received a return call. I sent a text to the vrbo link and did not hear back. I called the OC Vacasa number and spoke with Joe. Joe was awesome. He told me the previous codes were not valid and included more instruction. Finally the code opened the door and we gained entry-----after an hour!!!!! We wondered every time we left if we would be able to get back in the condo.
