Got to see the full moon rise as well as the sunrise! The only thing I was sad about was the sliding door to the balcony. I could not move it myself and my husband had a really difficult time opening and closing the door. I couldn’t sleep one night and really wanted to sit on the balcony but I couldn’t open the door. It was disappointing. However, this condo is managed by Vacasa. Avoid them if at all possible. Here is our experience: When we first arrived we could not open the entry Schlage smart lock keypad. We texted with Vacasa but none of their instructions opened the door. They promised the local Ocean City Vacasa agent would come but they never did. At one point we received four texts each apologising and saying they would get to us ASAP, but they never did. We continued entering the code many, many times and in many, many different ways and suddenly the lock opened. This was the only time during our entire stay that the lock worked. However, this left us in a vulnerable position as we were afraid to lock the apartment when we went out because we were afraid we would not be able gain access again. Our requests for compensation have been ignored. ##### Ron H. You have the view of the ocean from all windows. Very clean which I was impressed with. Exactly as described. Spacious enough for two couples and I liked the kitchen table size. The balcony was our favorite!!! Amazing view, shady enough so you can sit outside when its sunny and also perfect at night when you want to sit out there and have the wind blocked. Location was perfect and an easy walk to beach and to the strip. I also loved they give you a starter kit(trash bags, paper towels, etc), that was helpful. We could comfortably lounge on the couches to watch TV, talk, and read; the table was a great size for our meals and games; the kitchen was very well stocked with glasses/mugs, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.; the beds were comfortable; and we loved the tall table and chairs on the balcony. Plus, because this is an end unit, you can sit on the balcony facing the ocean and turn around and look through the kitchen window and see the bay. I would stay here again! ##### Cheri S. My husband and I took his parents to the beach for the weekend (they are from out of town). Everyone was impressed with the condo from the minute we walked into the door! Everything was neat and clean and spacious, and the view was amazing. The only thing was that we couldn't find the welcome binder that was supposed to be there - turns out it was on top of the fridge, but since we're all short we didn't notice it at first. LOL I did contact the property management company via the VRBO app and they replied to my questions very quickly. We didn't use the stove or oven, as we mostly ate out, but we did use the fridge, microwave, and toaster. Everything worked just as expected, and it was all super clean when we arrived. Great location on the beach away from high rise condos. Parking is right under the unit, beach side, perfect for storing our beach gear.
