Kim's communication was great, and she made sure we knew she was always available if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us and our fur baby's. They provided us with all of the essentials we needed for the perfect stay, including doggie waste bags. The fenced in back yard was easily accessible for our senior dogs and best of all, no steps for them to navigate.
