The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and updated and linens and towels are included. There are fans in the bedrooms and a huge super comfy couch. We LOVED that we were on the level that had stairs to access the pool. It made it easy for our 5 and 6 years old to go potty when needed. The Blue Fish restaurant had the best sushi we’ve ever had and the grocery store being so close was very helpful. The only thing to note is there aren’t any hooks for hanging wet towels/bathing suits anywhere. And the bathrooms aren’t updated, so if you’re tall like my family, you won’t be able to see yourself in the bathroom mirrors. A full length mirror would be helpful.
