A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It is upgraded with granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, painted cabinets, a range hood in the kitchen, a vanity, mirror, a light bar, air-conditioning, and a keyless lock system. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Elevators were so so slow. The deli and shops downstairs were beyond gross, and the food was overpriced and disgusting. Unit was clean enough but not as clean as I would have wanted. On the last night of our stay the fire alarm went off randomly at 4am and the entire building was evacuated. No explanation, no credit, no apology from Vacasa. ##### Suleiman P. Met family there who stayed in another unit and our college boys loved the location. Golden sands has a lot to offer and it was perfect for our group.
