Things to Know There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 13. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Mildew in both bathrooms, broken towel rod and nearly broken shower door. The dryer blows lint everywhere and straight into the toaster major fire hazard. I was burned by the lint trap taking out clothes from dryer. Cleaning crew only seemed to clean toilets. The bathroom floors were gross and definitely not cleaned! We found trash under the beds and the kitchen floor definitely wasn’t mopped. The kitchen is in major need of repair. Under the kitchen sink was disgusting. Air conditioning was set on 74 and would not go any lower. Place gets extremely hot if dryer or oven is on. Not Pleasant after spending the whole day on the beach. ##### Dena c. There was a big plastic bag of what I assumed was clean linens and towels.(no beds were not made) it was a bag of dirty linens and towels with the lady tenants sock even. I tried calling for 4 hours when I finally contacted someone it was too late to do anything for me. They asked if we could wash and dry the stuff. Which we had to as we were traveling with children. 11pm we got to bed. After waiting until 4 pm to check in as they were cleaning it. It was not cleaned. I went directly to vacasa office and demanded my money back and found another place. I was refunded 4 days later but have yet to receive $90 for parking fees. The condo is in such disrepair. I'm contacting the board of health next and BBB. 2 days of my vacation was ruined not to mention the anxiety and depression of this horrible experience. There was not a starter supply as in the description. The cleanliness was acceptable in a tolerable manner but not great.
