Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your extra-large balcony that runs from the living room to the master bedroom! The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have been updated with the master bath having a stand-up shower and the 2nd bathroom having a tub/shower combo. This unit is nicely decorated and has newer furnishings throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TVs in all of the bedrooms including wireless internet for "working from home". After your fun filled day, grab a cocktail and go to the front balcony to enjoy one of Ocean City's famous sunsets! It really doesn't get much better! The building has a fitness center that will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. The kids will love the game room that features a foosball table, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. Sorry, there is no pool at this building. The Irene is centrally located to 2 grocery stores, a movie theatre, a mall and great restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, The Crab Bag and The Mirage to name a few. It is also a short drive to fun activities for the kids such as miniature golf, laser tag and go carts. Steps from the beach on the ocean side, and blocks away from the Food Lion/ Shops on the bay side. All furniture was updated, even an extra dining set on the bayside to watch the sunset! The perfect size, clean, quiet, and a great location with easy parking. I could’ve sat on the balcony and watched the beach all day.
