Complex was clean, quiet and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and about a half block from beach. Water on kitchen countertop and dirty bowl in sink when we arrived. Garbage disposal was leaking which caused the cabinet under the sink to have a musty gross smell. Master bathtub was dirty and hair left in the drain 2nd bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain. I realize that the owner most likely has a cleaning company come in for turnover so would I stay again…YES!!! The condo itself was perfect, with enough bed space and bathroom for our family. Proximity to the beach and local restaurants is great. Far enough away from some of the big hotels to make this part of town seem quiet.The only downside, maybe, is the pool hours during our Sunday-Thursday stay was pretty limited. Basically before sunset, pool area is closed. Certainly keeps the noise down at night, so we understood the intent.The back balcony is amazing for morning coffee and evening wine time!Overall great stay. ##### Brian S.
