A little outdated with furniture. Needs a little TLC but we stayed at the end of summer and they may use the winter months to do the maintenance. The view was amazing. Nothing like getting up in the morning and watching the sun rise. The restaurants nearby were great also! Loved The Brass Balls Saloon right next door! Word of advice- the check-in location is about 10 minutes away. Make sure to be going there first and not the address of the condo. Also, ask exactly where your parking spot is. Took me a bit to figure that out. Lastly, a welcome book would be great for a guest! Pictures as to where things are located (dumpster for garbage, local restaurants, pool access) would be great! ##### Tara M.
