Great for families and adults alike. Right on the beach. From the balcony, we could see both the ocean and the bay. The building has both large hampers for moving and carts for groceries, very convenient. 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, and wine/beer/liquor within a few blocks. On the 2nd floor of the building, there’s a Tiny Cafe where we got breakfast sandwiches and coffee. There’re also essentials for house and beach, books for children and adults, jewelry and souvenirs. Also lunch sandwiches and salads. Much appreciated. Very easy to communicate with facility’s management, by text. No issues, just the sun and the sand… and a home away from home. ##### Jeanne G. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Its an older building (like most in the OC) but the unit and the building have been thoughtfully renovated. The unit provides bay and beach views. The indoor pool came in handy on rainy days the 2nd floor cafe was a pleasant surprise. The building isnt as big some of the others in the area so there was always plenty of space by the pool and beachside. We'd definitely return. ##### Greg L.
