The private neighborhood is just breathtaking and the amenities are too. The beach is 2-1/2 blocks away and a quick walk. The pool is just a few streets away. There is a closet with beach chairs, beach toys etc. There’s also a bunch of games in a cabinet for families to use. There’s an elevator which is always available or a quick walk up the stairs.
