The 2nd floor encourages the family to create memories that will last a lifetime in the expansive, open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living area. The Space: Located on the Bayside of 67th street - Ocean City, MD, Sunset Island is a private 37-acre island located on Assawoman Bay but just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. With brick sidewalks, front porches, good neighbors, and a very walkable community Sunset Island is reminiscent of beach communities along the Atlantic coast in the 1920s. This bayside resort offers you a private escape to unwind where cars take a back seat to leisurely strolls along the mile-long walking path around the island along the water’s edge.
