Great community, easy walk to the ocean beaches and convenient to busses to head downtown to the boardwalk. The home was large enough for 12 people to sleep comfortable. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the townhouse upon arrival. I won't get into details, but it was highly disappointing and we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies/brooms etc to clean up so we could feel comfortable. There were some minor, planned repairs we were notified of in advance and the maintenance worker was very friendly and helpful. He even fixed a couple of items for us, that were not on his list. Overall, it was a great family vacation home and I would recommend the location to others. The rental company should consider a new cleaning company though! ##### Heather A.
