Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. 4TH TV FOR DVD USE ONLY. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 15. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The view is phenomenal. It is so easy to go back-and-forth between the beach and the pool, we loved the Pickleball courts and the playground. Not too far from Delaware and Assateague Island National Seahore. The property offered many activities for all to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay. The Sea watch property was more impressive than the listing vibe gave. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this location and utilize vacasa for the first time. They provide more than neighboring condos that we have stayed in before which makes it easier when planning to travel and pack for a family with small children. Thank you again! Sep 25, 2022 #### Great North OC condominium We loved the view from the balcony - north, east, and west. Amazing sunrises from the balcony. Shaded after mid-morning, so easy to sit out and enjoy lunch and the view. Unit was clean and spacious. We were also pleasantly surprised about how quiet it was in the unit. No outside noise and also no noise from any of the connected units. Loved the small free movie theater.
