Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved everything about the location, it was so close to everything we needed and quite convenient. We were a little dissapointed that the jacuzzi tub was broken, but it wasnt the end of the world, everything about our trip was much needed and we loved every minute from the games we played, although a couple games had some pieces missing, but we still managed to play and still had a fabulous time, and we really enjoyed family time together. We had a recent loss in our family and it's what our family needed and were very blessed and thankful and grateful for everything. ##### Loretta S.
