Perfect vacation spot just off 35th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. Sit on your private balcony and watch the sun come up right over the Ocean! Plenty of room to sleep and a full kitchen to use in case you decide to cook in. Dining table and stools at the kitchen island. 2 free parking spots. Come vacation with us! Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
