Though this is a one-bedroom condo, the open layout will allow everyone to spread out, and the bunk enclave will allow the kiddos to sleep soundly. The family room features a large sectional sofa, a modern lounge chair, and a TV to watch favorite shows on. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen has updated cabinetry, stylish wood-paneled ceilings, exposed shelving, and all of the utensils needed to create tasty meals each day. Not to mention, the shared pool and beach access will allow everyone to get their fill of fun in the sun! Quiet days spent building sandcastles on the beach will be easy to come by with the sand mere steps away, yet venturing out to explore the city can also be a blast. The Coastal Highway is a block away where you will find a wide variety of local restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores, and more. If you are looking to have a bit of fun that all ages can enjoy, Jolly Roger Amusement Park is three miles south. Plus, the Ocean City Boardwalk is a perfect place to grab a bit of seafood and check out the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Just a few steps to the beach, and a short drive to the boardwalk. We have young children so the convenience is everything on vacation. The condo itself was VERY clean. I always check for bedbugs when I stay anywhere and not only was the mattress clean, but they had plenty of mattress protection. The bathroom was also very clean and the water flowed down the drain nicely. Nothing worse than being on vacation and the pipes are all clogged up from the sand. Overall the place always very well kept. It was nice having the indoor outdoor balcony and the bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids. They looked small in the photos but they're twin sized bunk beds. The place was stocked with pretty much everything that we needed, a nice coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and there was even a crock pot which I used twice. This place was everything we could have wanted in a stay and then some. Ok for the weekend but I would not book this unit again. The bedroom TV or the remote, one does not work properly making it impossible to watch TV. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Living room furniture seemed very well used and a bit dirty. The inside was clean but he balcony has the oldest dirty carpet and furniture. I did not even want to sit on it. It smelled musty, dead bugs and webs all over floor and walls. I had to open the balcony door to keep it aired out all weekend. Screen is broken and does not fully close. I saw dogs in other units, but my 10 lb chihuahua was not allowed here. And although the room was cleaned and ready, when I arrived 1.5 hours before 4pm check in, I was told I could not go in. Elevator inspection expired. One entire room hadn't been cleaned- an accumulation of dirt, sand & trash on the floor. Mirror was dirty. Bedroom window was unlocked & latch was broken. No wifi/tv until I found the router, which was unplugged. Communicated by text with two different #s, one helped with parking issue; other stopped responding to concerns. Stairwells were not clear due to construction & contractors advised us not to use them- we were on the second floor & needed an elevator alternative. Code/safety issue?! ##### Bobbi Jo B.
