Enjoy the amazing bay & pool views from your private deck. The sunsets are incredible and just the right thing at the end of a long day at the beach. This stunning condo is absolutely beautiful with many upgrades including appliances granite counters flooring and paint. The Ponte Vista building offers a lovely bay front outdoor pool for you to enjoy. While the Pointe Vista building also offers an elevator it is not needed for this first floor. Park your vehicle in the assigned parking space right in front and walk in! Whether you are looking to dine in or out during your vacation you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can need during your stay at the shore. Located on the bayside of 94th street in Ocean City MD.
