Just imagine after your fun filled day, heading out to the balcony with your favorite drink and being greeted with cool breezes off the bay. As the sun goes down, the sky turns into a kaleidoscope of color and the bay water reflects the majestic glow above. Looking for a break from the beach? Relax and watch the boats go by or take in the fishermen throwing their lines into the water to catch a "big one." This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit has such a "cool" vibe to it with its upscale modern design. Inside you will find newer flooring throughout along with shiplap walls. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large TV. The dining room has a newer table and chairs along with a coffee station with a Drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The first bedroom has a pyramid style bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin on the top. It provides easy access to the hallway bath. The second bedroom has both a queen and full-size bed along with a private bath. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. You'll find 2 sliders to access the large balcony, equipped with patio furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. Guests have access to the pool, which is great for cooling off on those hot summer days. This unit is conveniently located to all that Ocean City offers! The beach is only 2.5 blocks away and provides easy access to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants/bars within walking distance. A two-block long fishing area is directly in front of the building and provides hours of free entertainment with no fishing license required! The kids will love the skate park, basketball courts and a park, all within a two-block area. This is an ideal location for those of you that have events at the inlet, want to head to West Ocean City, go on a fishing charter or explore Assateague Island and go see the horses. Bring your binoculars to take in all the sea life & waterfowl from your balcony! THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. \* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building \* Sorry, no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. This condo was so beautifully decorated inside. My sister and I kept talking about how beautiful it was inside. The pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans and kitchen items. We enjoyed, cooking and sitting out on the balcony watching the people below fishing and the boats going by. The condo unit was quiet. I am not sure if its that quiet in peak summer dates, but for us it was perfect. We walked over to the board walk in the mornings to go walking and to catch the sunrise. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. The host was wonderful; he promptly answered all of my emails prior to our arrival. The condo, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable couch and watching TV some evenings. There is an elevator in the building which was nice to get luggage and groceries in. The key-code door also made check in great as we didn't have to pick up or drop off an actual key. This condo works well for 2 - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You won't be sorry renting this unit. We will definitely be back for our Fall beach trip in 2026. ##### Carlene W. The property was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The mattresses were comfortable. The private balcony and outdoor furniture were perfect and the view was breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk was convenient. We would highly recommend this property! The only negative was the noise from the construction taking place in the condo above us. ##### Beth B. The neighborhood was quiet even with a large music festival. Communication with host was excellent. I'm extremely picky about cleanliness so that and the fabulous waterfront balcony were my favorite parts of this stay. We hope to return. ##### Jill B.
