Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Smoking is not permitted. DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH DOOR FOR PRIVACY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. As far as the unit itself, it is hands-down the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere! Beds are super comfortable, and we loved having the towels and linens. Our only suggestions would be to upgrade the toilets (they are very low and dated compared to the rest of the space), add a lock to the barn door housing the master bath, and include a more detailed description of the in-unit amenities (we brought our own Keurig when it turned out we didn’t need to 😆). All in all, the unit was perfect for our needs, and we can’t wait to return! ##### Paul L. Lots of things to do with my two boys, the pools, outdoor playground, corn hole and also the movie theater. We were located almost directly across the street from a major grocery store which was nice. My only suggestion is to add an Air Fryer to the unit and also to check the code on laundry closet lock. I had to go downstairs to retrieve a key because the combo didn’t work for myself or a maintenance worker there when they tried. Other than that it was a lovely condo and met all of our needs.
