There is a CVS just down the street which is very convenient when we just needed to run out and get some thing quickly. Plenty of places to eat right nearby as well. Lots of room in the common areas to all be together without feeling cramped. Location cannot be beat. Just far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet but close enough,(2 blocks), to walk there. The garage was a fantastic bonus as well. Great space to park the car with lots of room for beach chairs, toys, etc. The only issue we had was that the home wasn’t as clean as we would have liked when we arrived. The bathrooms needed to be scrubbed and the main level floors were unswept and sticky in places. The owner, Joe was super responsive and very apologetic. He noted that the previous tenant had abused the property and it was possible the cleaning people just couldn’t get to it all. He assisted with what he could over the phone and tried to get the cleaners to come back but they were unable. We cleaned up as best we could and then had a great week. The home was highly rated for cleanliness and I do believe it is typically clean as the bedrooms were spotless and had new pillows as well. We saw some of the damage the previous tenants caused, (none affected the functionality of the home), and understood why it was so hard to get everything done in the short time they had.
