Beach access is a short 1/2 block away and tne available beach accessories (chairs, cart, etc.) were relatively new and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Our party of 6 adults had more than enough room to relax and enjoy the home's amenities. The one and only drawback for us was the stairs - 3 levels from the entry to the top floor for a total of 47 steps. Overall, I highly recommend this property for young adults and their fafmilies. The hosts live nextdoor and are generous with their welcoming gifts and assistance. The ocean view from the main balcony is lovely and peaceful.
