Things to Know The fireplace isn't currently useable. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The condo is in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It comfortably fits 5 or 6 people. Keep in mind that it's on the third floor, so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Some of the furniture is quite old, and a few chairs are falling apart. The toaster is broken, and many pots, pans, and utensils are either old or dirty. One of the burners is loose, and the kitchen faucet is a bit tricky to use—you have to push it down to turn it off. If you don't plan to cook much, it should be fine. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, good location and offordable price. ##### jitchaya m. There were a few things that needed to be replaced such as the closet door and blinds. The porch is connected to the neighbors so there isn’t a private area to hang outside. Also, there are a few owners in the building and one lady in particular on level 2 seems annoyed with renters.
