This beautiful 4 Level House has it ALL - spectacular Views and incredible Outdoor Living, combined with an interior so stunning and perfectly planned out, you may never want to leave. You’re sure to love being in a quiet location, yet being so close to the Marinas, Restaurants, and Activities, and all the while, only a short ride from our famous OC Boardwalk. That being said, once you see the Views from this magnificent home, you will fall in love! Seaside Bliss comfortably sleeps a family or two of up to 10 adults and 5 children, in 4 beautifully appointed Bedrooms perfectly spaced out to bring the family together, while still allowing for plenty of space to never feel crowded. With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most, and still sneak away for a little quiet R&R. Park in the private driveway or in the Garage, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! As you enter the 1st Floor, you'll absolutely love the gorgeous Flooring and serene Coastal Decor. This 1st level is home to a Private Den with large Flat Screen TV, Game Area with Billiard Table, Dart Board, Wet Bar, and access to the long Dock. This luxurious Home also offers an Elevator - making settling in between the first 3 floors a breeze (the elevator does not service the 4th floor). As you wander up to the 2nd Level, you will find 3 of the 4 Bedrooms, each with a Private Attached Bath. The beautiful Primary Bedroom, located on this level, has breathtaking Bay Views and a Private Balcony, a plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Sitting Area with a Twin Sleeper Sofa. The Private Attached Bath that is nothing short of Spa-Like has a large Corner Tub and an oversize Walk-in Shower with multiple heads and Rain Shower option. Bedroom 2 is a Junior Suite, sleeping up to 3 with a cozy Queen Bed and a Twin Sleeper Sofa, a Flat Screen TV, and an Attached Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the special little loved ones in your family, comfortably sleeping 4 with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), as well as a Twin Bed. This room also has an Attached Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. This level is also home to the Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer, a wonderful convenience while calling Seaside Bliss home. The 3rd level of this glorious Home is a wide open Space with the Kitchen, expansive Dining Area and Living Area, complete with Wet Bar! Take the Stairs, or the Elevator, to the 3rd floor of Seaside Bliss to find the stunning wide open Living Space with cozy furnishings and space for the entire Family to relax and unwind in the AC while enjoying the Free Wifi, Flat Screen TV, and not to mention THE VIEWS! The property was just as described and beautiful. We were very close to the beach and could see the boardwalk. It took us less than 5 min but the traffic can be crazy because the location is prime. The views from the house were amazing. The neighbor recommended a great pizza place on our first night and gave us some helpful suggestions about catching blue crabs. We enjoyed the dock and relaxing outside. Everyone had an amazing time. The house is very comfortable for a large family. We would definitely recommend this property and come back again. There were safety concerns with young children. There was no child safety lock on the sliding glass door to the walk out patio, which leads right to the pier over the water. With the older children drawn to the billards room, that door was opened often and left me unable to relax. Also the top floor loft bedroom has an internal window that slides open over the living room that children could easily climb out of.Check in was relatively smooth but we had to wait 7 min to get the code texted to us. Mgmt reached out via text on Day 2 to ask us to let them know ASAP if there was anything we needed to make it a 5-star stay, and I replied with 3 things that would make us more comfortable, including blankets and soap in the bathrooms. Their response was that they would discuss this with the owner for the future. There were no kid-friendly plates/cups...all were breakable.Lastly and most shocking was that the property mgmt co. only gives a 'Welcome bag' which includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 tiny bars of soap for us to distribute among the 6 bathrooms!!! The fact that we arrived with several kids and didn't have even a single roll of TP in each bathroom was wild. We had to immediately go to the store to buy TP and soap just so everyone can have one for our short stay...and they provide only 1 trash bag!! We paid nearly 4k to stay here yet are expected to bring our camping supplies. ##### Diane C. The house was lovely. We will stay here, if possible, when we return in 2026\. For your reference there is a short in the vanity light over the master batch sink, and the master closet lights did not work at all. A blanket for the beds this time of year would have been nice since the comforter's had not appeared to be washed. Other than that everything was great. I worked hard to be certain all was left just where we found it. Thank you so much! ##### Margaret S.
