This is a prime location! Direct oceanfront, and just 3 blocks to the boardwalk! This building also offers an outdoor pool. The condo accommodates up to 6, and includes kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2TV's, (living room TV is a 40" plasma ), free wifi, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. We love the location and just a few steps to the sand. The condo is laid out very efficiently, and having a step in closet just inside the door to store beach chairs/umbrella is wonderful. The security of the building made us feel very safe there too. The only drawback for us was not having a great view because of being on the 1st floor. We will definitely come back to the Sea Gate, but will book a room on an upper floor. ##### Julie S.
