An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Things are very well thought out with things like extra charging ports in the outlets, hangers, 4 beach chairs/umbrella in the downstairs locker, more than enough starter products like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully equipped & the keurig was very useful! The beach is literally down the short path and we could see which spot we wanted to pick from our balcony. Sunrises are also a bonus! Lots of eateries are within walking distance though driving is also easy to navigate around the main strip. The building is generally quiet. Parking was not an issue, though beachgoers would sometimes take the assigned spot due to no numbers in the spots. It was a great beach front property that's walkable to the Convention Center and we'd definitely consider staying again!
