With direct beach access, spend the day soaking up some rays or playing in the surf. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room and sauna. When you return, relax in the beachy blue living room while you stream the latest release. Enjoy the sunset from your second, bay-front balcony, then step out for dinner at one of many local restaurants within walking distance, and then play a board game for more together time. With more modern perks like a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi, cable, and central AC, the only question left is how many extra days to book. CONDO AMENITIES \-Indoor pool \-Sauna \-Gym \-Shared outdoor dining area Things to Know A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31\. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Dec 23, 2022 #### Awesome place to stay The condo is an end unit and the view of the beach is incredible. The home itself was beautiful except for the bathrooms. They were not horrible but the showers were old and could use a little redo. The condo is bright and welcoming. The kitchen floor had a lot of sand and we had to sweep the the floor upon arriving. Overall, it is a great place for a family vacation and I would recommend you to stay if you like being on the beach and watching the sun rise and having a few cocktails on the balcony and being totally relaxed. ##### Dana W. Stayed here for a long weekend. Check in and check out were both easy. Both women at the desk were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They both get 10 stars! The house was very clean and accommodated my family perfectly. Still can’t stop thinking about the views from the 2nd floor bedroom and the balcony off the living room. Loved the location as well.
