The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. Situated on a quiet canal in North Ocean City, this is the perfect place to come and relax. The top floor condo has a large deck that provides plenty of room to sit and enjoy the summer breezes. The canal provides plenty of options to watch local wildlife, such as ducks, geese, herrings, squirrels and even foxes. This is also a great spot to bring your paddle board or kayak and enjoy the canal waterways (sorry no boats allowed). Inside there is plenty of room to move around and the full-size kitchen is ready to make all your culinary creations. The full size dining room table and breakfast bar let's everyone enjoy family dinners together. There is a queen size bed and TV in both bedrooms that have cable and streaming options. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A full size-washer and dryer is in the unit for guest use and there is free Wi-Fi. This unit is set in the quiet neighborhood of Caine Woods where you will find playgrounds and plenty of back streets for bike riding. One of those playground parks is only a few blocks away! This is also the perfect location for events at Northside Park and an easy bike ride for the Sunday fireworks! Your kids will love the proximity to miniature golf, water slides, go carts and laser tag. A short 2.5 blocks away is a boat rental shop for those looking to explore the waterways. There are also numerous amazing restaurants within walking distance, including the famous Harpoon Hanna's (2.5 blocks away) and Catch 54, to name a few! Getting around Ocean City couldn't be easier or more economical with the bus stop being a few blocks away. You're also ideally situated to take advantage of the tax free shopping in Delaware. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is well taken care of. My family of 4 was comfortable here. In the morning we watched the fox across the way hunt squirrels. There was lots of birds, jelly fish and overall beauty. The beach was a bit of a walk but on an electric scooter it was quick and painless. There were flakes of mold coming from bathtub drains, kitchen cabinets had sticky film, dishes needed cleaned again before using, garbage disposal smelled horrible, etc. There were also multiple pieces of furniture and other objects that were broken or almost broken. The seats on the deck outside at the table were dry rotted and not safe to sit in, piece of cabinet was taped on, bathroom light was hanging off of the ceiling above the shower. The beds were also uncomfortable and very noisy and the shower heads were terrible. This property appears nicer in photos than in person.
