Walking distance to ton of restaurants, bars, mini golf and shopping. You can't go wrong staying here. Two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony overlooking the large pool, reserved covered parking spot, 2nd floor end unit with enclosed hallways and an elevator. NOTE: Guest will need to bring their own linens (sheets) and towels. Guest must have at least one person 21 or older staying in the rental. No exceptions. The Lucayan is a Smoke Free property, smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including condo's, balconies, parking lot and pool. Violators will fined up to $150\. This location was perfect-close enough to the convention center, food options and beach. We didn’t have much downtime for the beach but we did walk to it once and it was not a bad walk at all. Bayview/sunsets were beautiful as well. The kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable and entire condo was clean with everything we needed.
