The unit itself boasts an updated kitchen with full-sized appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, a new A/C unit, and updated furnishings. There is a balcony with an ocean view, and each bedroom is equipped with TVs and DVD players, including a new 42" TV in the living room. A must-see! The building charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival, and parking is available for 1 car. Non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 8\. We were in town for a music festival and didn’t spend a lot of time there. Location is good. Right on the beach with and indoor and outdoor pool. There’s an arcade and library in the building as well. Decent views of the ocean from the balcony. Condo was comfortable, but pretty dated. I don’t need anything fancy. We were easily able to get parking passes for two cars, which is something we have had trouble with in the past at other properties. The condo was even more spacious than I expected from looking at the pictures online and we were all comfortable in our rooms. The condo was very clean as well as the building in general. The building had many convenient amenities such as it's store where we were able to buy a delicious lunch and the two pools were nice when the weather wasn't the best for the beach.
