The living area is comfortably furnished for everyone in your crew to simply relax in front of the big flat screen TV or enjoy a home cooked meal from the well-appointed kitchen with table seating for 6 as well as 4 counter stools. Wake to watch the sunrise from your private master bedroom or the main living areas ocean front balcony. Located off the kitchen are the additional bedrooms a 2nd full bath and laundry area. The building offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and Seasonal Cafe' (summer only) for breakfast and lunch, saunas in both restrooms on the second floor. \*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. It was spacious and nicely furnished. Enough beds for 9 of us. And they were very comfortable and linens were soft. Towels are very thick and absorbent. The kitchen has everything you could need.
