Quality Inn's quality has gone down!!!

Front desk was a little unpleasant to talk to. I will at least except a smile or two.i don't think that's asking to much of a hotel Receptionist.Showers left a lot to be desired.low water pressure and temperature kept switching from very hot to very cold. Which I could understand at this beach location if it was beach season but we stayed in the last weekend in March. Left our room from 11:00 am-4:00 pm and maid forgot to clean our room(and no ,we did not leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door knob)we called front desk and they sent a maid to make our bed and leave fresh towels.I have stayed at this location before but quality has gone down at this Quality Inn
