It goes down hill after that. The kitchen appliances are 20 years past their prime, with the cabinets and sink being dated too. Both bathrooms need to be updated as well. Location was great! Had a great view of the ocean! It was definitely spacious and way better then staying in a hotel room. The place is in need of updates though! Furniture is old, decor is old, the master bath had multiple lights out and what looks like mold under the sink cabinet as well as on the shower door. Linens are provided but they just leave them in a bag by the door and you have to make all the beds yourself. The beds feel like you're laying on a piece of cardboard with springs under it. The microwave does not work so we had to heat everything either on the stovetop or oven. Some of the dressers were missing the knobs to open them. We looked under the couch in the living room to find our daughters toy... it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years under there.
