Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' These three level townhomes sit directly on the beach. Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Large oceanfront decks for your enjoyment. Wireless high speed internet access (guest provides own computer). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Layout of the main floor and bedrooms were very accommodating for 6 of us. TVs and Wifi were great for watching the olympics and getting some work done as well. The home has everything you need for a great stay, including a well stocked kitchen and TV's in every bedroom. We had plenty of room for both of our families to share the home comfortably. We enjoyed eating crabs one night on the lower level porch - there are two tables and enough seating for 8 people! Outdoor storage for our beach stuff was a wonderful plus, and we really enjoyed having the multiple assigned parking spaces. We had a wonderful week. ##### Mary F. It's not that far to get to it, and there are plenty of things in the area of the condo as well. One negative was the lack of consumables that we expected to be there, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Vacasa knew there were ten of us staying for a full week, but only provided three and a half rolls of toilet paper, three dishwasher tabs, etc. It's obvious if you try to communicate with anyone that it's owned by a large company rather than an individual - hard to get to a person who is willing to help.
