The host, Elaine was very easy to work with and great with communications. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and truly steps from the beach. There are several charming upgrades: an electric fireplace, an Alexa dot for playing your favorite music, and little notions (Q-tips, floss, K-cups). Elaine was such a great host. The place was tidy and in a wonderful location, literally steps away from the beach. We were fortunate that there was free street parking nearby with the option to park behind the building if needed (which we did not). Accommodated 5 of us perfectly.
