Penthouse with an Amazing views!

Direct Oceanfront 6 bedroom / 3 bath two story Penthouse/condo located in the highly desirable and sought after Sea Watch building! Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage. Take the bus from the front of the building to the board walk or walk cross the street to some amazing restaurants , TJ Max and more.
Maximum occupancy is 12. Parking is $65 per car for duration of stay.

The 1904 penthouse at Sea Watch was wonderful! We enjoyed the two-story condo which was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for our family of nine adults and three teens. The owner, Heidi, was very helpful and responded to us quickly during the rental process and when we first arrived and had a few questions. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and eating in. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and some beach chairs and umbrellas available in the utility room. Depending on the size of your group, you will need to bring some chairs or rent them right on the beach. Sea Watch is a lovely complex with an easy check-in process and 24-hour security. The parking garage is very convenient and reasonable for 65 a week. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Sea Watch and this unit.

Fabulous stay

We have stayed in the complex before but this by far is the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was very clean, roomy and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

wonderful choice for large family

We had 10 people ranging in age from 3 months to 95.The upstairs bedrooms made it possible for us all to stay together, rather than rent two condos, which would not have been as much fun!Every room had its own tv, which is helpful with so many age ranges. Pools were great for kids!We would not have been able to accommodate my 95 year old mother without a downstairs bedroom and bath. However, she was very frightened of the shower because it is dark, and adding some handrails would have made it more accessible for her. Also, we prefer a cabinet over a pedestal sink because there is no place to put your toothbrush, toiletry bag, etc. This was only an issue for the downstairs bathroom - the upstairs ones had more space.Our crew missed a coffee table in the family room - there is no place to put down your drink.The dishwasher is missing its rails on the bottom so we dealt with a thud every time we loaded the bottom rack.These minor suggestions for improvement did not diminish our stay and we were so very pleased to find a rare rental where we could all be together.Oh - and the storage room/laundry was very convenient and a great place to store the beach cart and stroller!

Wonderful family vacation

We love staying at Seawatch. So many things for the kids to do! The unit was exactly as described and even more with the extras the owners provide. Enough room for the kids to play and plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed! We had one small issue with water temperature due to building maintenance flushing the water lines in the whole building and the owners were so helpful in assisting to get it solved quickly! We will definitely stay in this unit again making family memories!

Amused with great views :)

Up on 19 created some amazing views and sounds of big blue. Obviously this also makes for extra awareness on the kiddies but so worth every second. Speaking of the kids…this place simply has it all. There is no lack of activities from playgrounds with swings to tennis/pickle/basketball courts, an arcade, a movie theatre, an in house ice cream store that serves food as well. Multiple pools. If you so choose, you never have to leave. I don’t want to fail to mention how wonderful our host Heidi was. Professional, personable, informative, punctual and even compassionate. What more could you ask for. Just book it already!

It was absolutely beautiful!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we would ever need and the dining area was large enough for our family The living room was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Sea Watch Condo. 1904

This is the 2nd time We've stayed in Condo 1904. With six roomy bedrooms it fits our family well. Generally the condo is pretty clean. The showers in two of the bathrooms could be cleaner. The linens on the beds look worn and old. There is a Keurig single cup coffee maker. With six coffee drinking adults this didn't work. Those listed are our only complaints. Otherwise, there's every appliance needed, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. All that said, we love the condo and will return.

Perfect Turkey Week

Wonderful people and extremely seamless check-in and out! Views were amazing. Loved waking up and falling asleep to the sounds/views of the ocean. Loved the cinema and being able to watch what we wanted! Anthony in Security was absolutely amazing - so helpful and kind. The condo is located right in the center of lots of activities/restaurants/shopping opportunities. Thank you so much, again, for hosting us and being attentive to our needs!

Disappointed that there was only 1 closest in 6 bedrooms. One room was listed as a queen bed, but was actually a double which was very uncomfortable for my son and his wife. No pantry for food in the kitchen, with other cabinets filled with pots, pans and dishes! The master bedroom had a locked owner's closest which should have been disclosed. Unit was much smaller than the pictures represented for 12 people. An actual inventory list would be much more helpful for guests. They should have a contract with a company that could supply towels!

SEA WATCH CONDOS

Property itself was great--We had a couple problems with the instructions that the hosts sent us. Tried to reach them via text per their instructions. They were unresponsive. We finally figured it out with the help of maintenance staff. Checking out was terrible. Property manager needs to figure out how to keep people from hoarding luggage carts. Suggest numbering each cart and making people sign them out with a one hour return time or pay a fee if not returned on time. Simple solution I have seen work elsewhere. Disappointed that the property does not apparently recycle. At least we saw no evidence of it. Overall a great place to stay, even greater if these issues are resolved.

Family Vacation July 2023

We had such a great week in Ocean City renting this condo! Being right on the beach and close to local stores was so convenient! The communication with the owner was amazing! Very responsive with any issue and they also gave us recommendations for local restaurants via text. Seawatch in general had a lot to offer and is great for families with kids! I will say the condo itself was a little tight at times when we were all in the main area (we had a party of 8 adults and 1 child) but we ended up using the two smaller, downstair bedrooms for storage throughout the week so that helped! The two levels helped separate the condo and overall, it worked for our stay! The balcony has amazing views so as long as you don’t mind being on the top floor and waiting for elevators, it is def worth renting this condo for the ocean view! It’s also super safe for children as the owners placed an additional net around the main balcony rails. You have to drive or take the bus to boardwalk but that wasn’t too much of an issue (we probably would have rather driven as the bus got packed quickly and was a little long with all the stops). The place was clean when we arrived and kitchen was stocked. It feels updated and has cute beach decor! Storage closet is conveniently located right next to the unit and had so much beach equipment including a nice travel wagon! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this to families with kids and those who enjoy being able to walk to the beach!

Wonderful week with my family

Room for everyone! The Seawatch tags were never needed. However there were 12 bands and only 11 tags. The pots and pans cupboard was a mess but I straightened it out. Everything worked and the sand toys were a hit with my granddaughters! We had a wonderful week at your place and would definitely come again!

Loved this Penthouse!!!

This penthouse is beautiful!! It was clean and comfy. There were 9 adults and a 6 year old and we had plenty of room!! The views were amazing and the pools were nice. We will definitely stay here again!!

Mom's Surprise 68th Bday on the Beach!!!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. Normally we rent houses this was a really nice, relaxing, and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the condo so much that we really didn't have time to enjoy the many amenities the building had to offer. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when I texted. The only downfalls was not enough bathrooms for the amount of people and the temperature in the condo was extremely cold and we wasn't allowed to control that. Overall Awesome vacation & I would definitely rent again.

The staff was very nice and the property had a lot of amenities, the pools were very clean and the movie theater was a nice perk but the unit was very dirty as in not clean when we arrived I feel the owners were not very realistic with their description of the unit and that is why we wouldn’t consider this unit again
