Property was very nice and updated. Lots of food options surrounding the property and it is right on the boardwalk. Room was clean and nice.

Loved the towel animals that greeted us in our room upon our arrival. Nice touch! Hotel was clean and very convenient to boardwalk and beach. Wonderful ocean view from our balcony. Really nice to have easy access to The Coconut Club for a drink and supper in the evening. Great place to stay on the boardwalk! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed as a family. It states two pools but only one was open (possibly because of off season?). Beautiful beach/ ocean views from our balcony. Very friendly staff.

When we checked in Paola (I hope the spelling is close) was very helpful and friendly. I spoke to her to confirm our reservation before we arrived and she was great then too. Our room was clean and of course the view was wonderful. Will definitely stay at your facility again.

Not bad. Use the set of parking spaces by the candy store if you have an suv, the set directly in front were marked by a leprechaun, very tight.

The Hotel was in the heart of down town. The boardwalk shops dining options. Great staff, clean and everything you would want it to be . Would stay again !

The room was clean & comfortable. Loved the view from our balcony. It had everything in it we wanted. The staff was accomodating and helpful, especially Fioina who was wonderful and made us feel so special. We are making Park Place our permanent go-to place when ever we come to Ocean City!

Misleading description. I booked a Bayview (added cost) room and it's not. there is a view of the bay, about a half mile away and across 6 lane (noisy) high way. I went to the desk and they said I could change rooms for an added cost.

Loved that it was right next to the boardwalk & beach. Also, a lot of shops & restaurants are within walking distance. Including an art gallery that is right next door. The staff is super friendly and cleanliness is top tier. 10/10 would recommend and book again.
