One of the largest oceanfront balconies overlooking the beach and boardwalk! This stunning large 1,955 sq ft beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is located at the desirable 7th street location at South Beach. It has one of the largest balconies in OC overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean! This is an end unit with windows along the whole side of condo and a second balcony off the side bedroom. This unit has brand new flooring in living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The whole condo was just painted. Almost all the furniture is brand new. South Beach offers luxury condos in a secure building featuring indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, secure parking (2 parking spaces) and elevators. The condo features all the comforts of home including smart TVs in the living area and in each bedroom, WIFI and a full kitchen. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a king in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 3rd bedroom to occupy 8. Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer are provided in condo for your convenience. Indoor pool closes from January 2 to April 1\. Outdoor pool is open till about 9/27. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25\. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
