### Oceanview Midtown Condo with Pool! SS66500

OCEAN BLOCK, OCEANVIEW corner/end condo with an outdoor pool in one of the best locations - midtown Ocean City on 66th St.! Enjoy beautiful ocean views and easy beach access from this top-floor unit! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers plenty of comfort with a queen-sized bed and a twin sized rollaway bed in the bedroom. The living room also has a queen-sized sleep sofa and an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Take advantage of the convenient central air conditioning, a Keurig coffee machine, an in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. This condo is located on the fifth floor, and the building has an elevator. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. This condo overlooks the new Holiday Inn Pool Bar and is close to many great restaurants, bars, etc. There is also a grocery store/market just a few blocks away. Seaside 66 is the perfect condo for your Ocean City vacation!  
  
\*\* Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $110\. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.   
  
\*\*We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. \*\*  
  
\*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.   
  
 \*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
