The Capri is a beachfront complex on the north side of Ocean City, with grounds that include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, saunas, an outdoor tennis court, and a game room with Ping-Pong, billiards, foosball, and air hockey. Heading outside, you'll be a matter of steps from the beach and a quick drive from Northside Park (one mile), tax-free shopping in Delaware (three miles), the Ocean City Boardwalk (five miles), and Jolly Roger Amusement Park (five miles). Spend your days swimming, surfing, and beachcombing, and your evenings unwinding in central air conditioning. Enjoy plentiful seating in the oceanfront living room, stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, and a table with room for everyone in the dining area. Leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer and gather in the living room for movies on cable, DVD, or streaming services (please note, however, that only the living room TV is functional). The airduct in the eating room was filthy and the vacuum cleaner was broke. It needs more cooking utensils and the front door is difficult to open. I don't understand the policy of the parking spaces. A 3 bedroom condo is only allotted 1 parking space which you have to pay the weekly amount of 75, even if you're only staying a few nights. We arrived during Hurricane Erin, my son and family were told by the front desk guard that they could not park in the lot, many availble lots were available at that time. This meant they had to park across the street. Vacasa couldn't help us with this problem. The following day, after much waiting around, Capri management made arrangements for the extra parking space for 10 per day. I just feel, given the weather conditions, this situation should had been avoided. On the pro side, the Capri has many good amenities; beach front, indoor pool, game room and a large selection of library books. ##### Eileen M. The A/C was lopsided across bedrooms, so the first one down the hall got WAY more than the primary bedroom. Shades didn't open there, either, and key takes a LOT of jiggling to lock and unlock (sometimes 5 minutes). Otherwise super relaxing and comfortable. ##### Benjamin M. Spacious balcony with plenty of seating and small tables for drinks. Spectacular sunrise views! Nice kitchen. Easy beach access. Decent pool. Cute leanding library. We had a lovely 4-day weekend. The unit is older, and being updated a few things at a time, but was sufficient for our needs. Our only complaint was that the man who assigned our parking spot was exceptionally rude to the man checking in before me, to me, and to the woman in line behind me.
