Located between 30th and 50th Streets, this condo is close to some of Ocean City’s best attractions. Spend your days on the beach just steps from your door, or explore nearby favorites like Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets, and On the Bay Seafood. Whether you're in the mood for waterfront dining, mini-golf, or shopping at K-Coast Surf Shop, everything you need for a perfect beach getaway is just minutes away. In addition to its ideal location and comfortable amenities, the condo includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces, making it easy to come and go as you please. Whether you're planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this ocean-view retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50\. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home.
